About Me

Dr. Pedersen is a clinical psychologist who specializes in the treatment of chronic pain. She works as an interdisciplinary team member in the Pain Management Center at the Shirley Ryan ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï flagship ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ï. Additional clinical interests include sleep and sleep disorders and adjustment to new medical diagnoses. She completed her doctoral degree at Roosevelt University in Chicago and trained in multiple settings including primary care, VA ÿÈÕ´ó¹Ïs, and university medical centers.

In addition to clinical work, Dr. Pedersen enjoys teaching and providing supervision to psychology trainees. She holds academic appointment in the Department of PM&R at Northwestern University¡¯s Feinberg School of Medicine.
